Creamy white chicken chili, though it feels more like a soup to me and is better after reheating imo. ground chicken worked fine, I cooked it with half a white onion in the same pot before doing anything else. and just use an entire can of corn. works great with monterrey jack cheese as suggested. fresh flour tortillas also are delicious.

Slow cooker honey garlic chicken noodles, it's OK to substitute Shaoxing wine 1-to-1 with rice vinegar (but it'll be a little bitter), and Sriacha sauce 1-to-1 with Cholula hot sauce
